As the pandemic carries on, our need to connect in new and creative ways grows rabidly. As humans we are social by nature, being able to connect with others is fundamental. An inability to connect and socialize appropriately can have long lasting negative effects on many levels, including a persons ability to excel at school, within a job/career, and ones interpersonal relationships.
This group provides opportunity for individuals to connect in this difficult time, work on self-awareness, interpersonal relationship building, and offers insight into how our behaviors affect us daily and influence the life we are currently creating. As well as providing insight, participants can improve the social skills necessary to move forward, work with existing strengths and build new and necessary social skills.
