Session Details

Individual therapy sessions are $175 an hour.

Couples Therapy Sessions are $250.

I offer a sliding scale which will be based off of your salary. Please contact me for the sliding scale information.

Group sessions and workshops range from $40 - $250 depending on the group or workshop.

I accept cash and  digital pay.

Insurance

I accept CIGNA insurance.

I am out-of-network for all other insurances.

Scheduling

Original consultation is free.

Moving forward, we will set up a day and time to meet weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on your therapy needs.

Cancellations

A 24 hour notice for canceling an appointment is required. You will be responsible for paying for your session fee if less than 24 hours is give.
